1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cockpit platform ("Service"), operated by Social Hive LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company number 14768748), with its registered office at 20 Farine Avenue Flat 16, London, England, UB3 4GB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Service Description

Cockpit is a real-time cryptocurrency intelligence dashboard that aggregates market data, news, social signals, and AI-powered analysis into a unified interface. The Service provides:

• Live cryptocurrency price tracking and market data
• Aggregated news feeds from multiple sources
• Social media signal monitoring (including Telegram channels)
• AI-generated market analysis and briefings
• Whale transaction alerts and on-chain data
• Fear & Greed index and sentiment indicators
• Prediction market data integration
• Customisable bento-grid dashboard layout

The Service is an informational tool only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

4. Account Registration

You may access certain features of the Service without creating an account. To access the full range of features, you must register for an account using one of our supported authentication methods (Google, email, or cryptocurrency wallet) via our authentication provider, Privy.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials and wallet access secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

5. Subscription & Billing

5.1 Pricing

Cockpit offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly: $14.97 per month (USD)
• Annual: $119.00 per year (USD)

5.2 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Pro tier. You must provide valid payment details to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Credit/Debit Cards — processed securely through Stripe
• Cryptocurrency — processed through Boomfi

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions will not automatically renew after cancellation.

5.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, please contact us within 14 days of your most recent payment. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are subject to the policies of our payment processor, Boomfi.

6. Free & Pro Tiers

The Service is available in two tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to core dashboard widgets with daily usage limits on AI briefings, signal tokens, and alert slots.
• Pro Tier: Full access to all widgets, unlimited AI briefings and signal tokens, expanded alert limits, and additional premium features.

We reserve the right to modify the features available in each tier at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to affected users with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any data, content, or analysis obtained from the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier usage limits
• Share your Pro account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

8. Data Sources & Attribution

Cockpit aggregates data from various third-party sources, including but not limited to:

• Binance — real-time price data and market information
• CoinGecko — market data, token metadata, and historical pricing
• RSS Feeds — news aggregation from various cryptocurrency and financial news publishers
• Telegram — social signal monitoring from public channels via the Telegram Bot API
• Polymarket — prediction market data

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on third-party data displayed through the Service.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names of third-party data providers are the property of their respective owners.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding (excluding third-party data), is and shall remain the exclusive property of Social Hive LTD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Social Hive LTD, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any losses arising from your reliance on any signals, AI analysis, market data, or other information provided through the Service.
• We shall not be liable for any losses arising from the actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, data providers, or authentication services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be available at all times or operate without interruption or error
• Data or content provided through the Service will be accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected in a timely manner
• The Service is free from viruses or other harmful components

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• Your account and associated data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
• Any outstanding payment obligations shall survive termination
• Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law shall survive termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect, by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to registered users.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
